In 2025, OSF awarded its first grant to the West Salem High School Robotics Club. This grant helped the team purchase parts for their robot, including a VEX Portable Competition Field perimeter, wheels, sensors, and team uniforms. Additionally, these funds furthered the club’s goal of advancing STEM education at West Salem High School.

In 2025, OSF awarded a grant to the Pigmice Robotics Team at Cleveland High School, supporting one of the only engineering and computer science opportunities available to students at the school. Cleveland High School does not offer robotics, engineering, or computer science classes, making Pigmice a critical and fully free pathway for students interested in STEM learning.
