The Oregon Students Foundation is comprised of a student board and an advisory board. The student board includes students from different schools in Oregon and hopes to continue expanding to incorporate a diverse range of perspectives. The advisory board has a range of expertise from banking to philanthropy.

Ann Crosby
Ann is a freshman at The George Washington University in Washington D.C. As an underclassmen in high school Ann was surprised by the lack of funding student organizations received, even though they provide valuable experiences for most participants. In 2023 Ann founded the Oregon Students Foundation, with Katie and Julia to address this issue.

Julia Chun
Julia freshmen at Brown University. She helped fund OSF as a junior at Catlin Gable High School. There Julia led multiple clubs such as the Environmental Action Team, Reading to Leading, and Advocates for Women in Science, Engineering, and Math (AWSEM). Through Julia’s experience with all different types of students and young people, she has gained valuable inspiration and a greater perspective. Julia hopes to give other students opportunities to build relationships through their own self-led projects.

Katie Gragg
Katie is a freshmen at Emory University. She helped found OSF as a student at Catlin Gable High School where she led of several clubs, including Advocates For Women In Science, Engineering, and Math (AWSEM) and Painting Rocks For Beautiful Walks. As a high school student and multifaceted leader, Katie witnessed the diminished community among teens because of COVID-19. She believes OSF empowers students to build back some of the community that was lost during the COVID years, as well as to provide student leaders with the capacity to create their desired change.

Dashiell is the former CEO of Grant Makers of Oregon and Southwest Washington. She brings expertise from working in philanthropy for many years across the United States.

Brewster Crosby
Brewster is past chair of the Carolyn Foundation which supports middle school students and academic programs. He has also been chair of Cedarwood Waldorf School, a K-8 school based in Portland, Oregon. Brewster is currently an advisory board member at ActivEd, an ed-tech company focused on bringing more movement and differential learning into classrooms across America.

Mary is the VP Client and treasury manager at Beneficial State Bank in Portland Oregon. Her banking and non-profit experience help the Oregon Students Foundation create grants and process donations
Outreach & Advocacy
Olivia Sun
Olivia is a high schooler in Portland, Oregon passionate about youth representation in policy. She is a member of the Beaverton Mayor’s Youth Advisory Board, Oregon Health Authority’s Youth Advisory Council, the Future Vision Youth Committee, and more. After participating in many clubs and extracurriculars, she recognized how hindering lack of funding can be and joined OSF to make a change for that cause.
Kailyn Holmer
Kailyn is a sophomore at Catlin Gabel High School in Portland. She has been a part of the Gifts of Care club and is currently an active member of her school’s tennis team and theater program. Kailyn loves to expand her knowledge through the diverse perspectives of others by putting an emphasis on social interest and connection. She believes in the importance of elevating a voice- especially young adult ones - who sometimes don’t receive the recognition they deserve. Kailyn joined OSF to help break away financial barriers, enabling peers to reach for and achieve their visions.
Claudia Stadtmueller
Claudia is a junior at Ashland High School. She is the president of Interact Club and is also involved with Math Team, Mu Alpha Theta, Varsity Tennis, and more. She joined the OSF Outreach and Advocacy board in the spring of 2025 after seeing how a lack of funding for her school’s student run clubs limited their abilities to achieve their goals. Claudia hopes that OSF can help students across Oregon thrive without financial strain.
Ijin Kim-Gervey
Ijin Kim-Gervey is a student at Catlin Gabel School. He currently leads the neurodiverse and multicultural affinity groups and participates in after-school theatre and climbing. Ijin joined The Oregon Student Foundation in order to create more opportunities for low-income students to participate in extracurricular activities. He’s especially passionate about creating spaces where students with minority backgrounds and identities can feel safe and supported.
