President - Kailyn Holmer
Kailyn is a sophomore at Catlin Gabel High School in Portland. She has been a part of the Gifts of Care club and is currently an active member of her school’s tennis team and theater program. Kailyn loves to expand her knowledge through the diverse perspectives of others by putting an emphasis on social interest and connection. She believes in the importance of elevating a voice- especially young adult ones - who sometimes don’t receive the recognition they deserve. Kailyn joined OSF to help break away financial barriers, enabling peers to reach for and achieve their visions
President - Olivia Sun
Olivia is a high schooler in Portland, Oregon passionate about youth representation in policy. She is a member of the Beaverton Mayor’s Youth Advisory Board, Oregon Health Authority’s Youth Advisory Council, the Future Vision Youth Committee, and more. After participating in many clubs and extracurriculars, she recognized how hindering lack of funding can be and joined OSF to make a change for that cause.
Vice President - Brewster Crosby Jr.
Brewster is a sophomore at the Oregon Episcopal School. He is a member of multiple athletic teams including the soccer, tennis, and ski teams. Brewster joined OSF to help raise funds for student organizations in Oregon and currently serves as Vice President, where he has worked on outreach and fundraising. Outside of school and OSF, Brewster enjoys hiking with friends and volunteering at local youth sports camps.
Chair of Recruitment and Social Media Committee Member- Selena Lagasca
Selena is a high school student in the Beaverton School District, a varsity tennis player, and a co-founder of her school’s Speech and Debate Club. She loves volunteering and finding ways to give back to her community. After seeing how a lack of funding prevented her own club from participating in competitions, she became passionate about making sure other students don’t face the same barriers. She joined the Oregon Student Foundation to help advocate for students and work toward creating more opportunities for schools and student programs across Oregon.
Social Media Committee Member - Lilly Vogel
Lilly is a Junior at Mountainside High School in Beaverton. She is a delegate in her Leadership 2 program and also holds a delegate role in her schools NHS chapter. Lilly is involved in athletics playing both soccer and basketball. She joined OSF after seeing the lack of representation of student voices in her community and wants to work to help uplift everyone. She works on the social media team to expand the digital outreach.
Claudia Stadtmueller
Claudia is a junior at Ashland High School. She is the president of Interact Club and is also involved with Math Team, Mu Alpha Theta, Varsity Tennis, and more. She joined the OSF Outreach and Advocacy board in the spring of 2025 after seeing how a lack of funding for her school’s student run clubs limited their abilities to achieve their goals. Claudia hopes that OSF can help students across Oregon thrive without financial strain.
Ijin Kim-Gervey
Ijin is a student at Catlin Gabel School. He currently leads the neurodiverse and multicultural affinity groups and participates in after-school theatre and climbing. Ijin joined The Oregon Student Foundation in order to create more opportunities for low-income students to participate in extracurricular activities. He’s especially passionate about creating spaces where students with minority backgrounds and identities can feel safe and supported.

Ann Crosby
Ann is a sophomore at Georgetown University in Washington D.C. As an underclassmen in high school Ann was surprised by the lack of funding student organizations received, even though they provide valuable experiences for most participants. In 2023 Ann founded the Oregon Students Foundation, with Katie and Julia to address this issue.
Julia Chun
Julia is a sophomore at Brown University in Providence, Rhode Island. Motivated by a commitment to advocacy, she helped build OSF to empower Oregon Students with opportunities to lead their own passion projects. She currently serves an advisory role for the Student Board, alongside Katie and Ann.
Katie Gragg
Katie is a sophomore at Emory University. She helped found OSF as a student at Catlin Gabel High School where she led of several clubs, including Advocates For Women In Science, Engineering, and Math (AWSEM) and Painting Rocks For Beautiful Walks. As a high school student and multifaceted leader, Katie witnessed the diminished community among teens because of COVID-19. She believes OSF empowers students to build back some of the community that was lost during the COVID years, as well as to provide student leaders with the capacity to create their desired change.
